In the northern part of this beautiful island, a property of 6200 sq. meters within a housing area of the community Tragaki (municipality Arcadion) is available for sale. It is about 8 km from the center of the city-Zakynthos and 10 km from the airport.
The property is located in two levels in continuity, the upper part measuring 4700 sq. meters and 20-25 meters above sea level and the lower part measuring 1500 sq. meters and 1.5meters above sea level, which reaches directly to the sandy beach. The front line of the property that is right on the beach is 60 meters wide. A paved descending passage leads from the upper to the lower part of the property. In the lower part of the property there is a water-drill with a pumping system for watering the land where vegetables are cultivated.
On the upper part of the property, on the right hand side, as you look towards the sea, there is a small house (4*4 square meters) a small stone lighthouse and a high mast for flags. There are electrical and telephone connections as well as a continual water flow from the aqueduct of the area. There is also very adequate municipal lighting in front of the home and on the side road and more central road.
In the upper part of the property there is a two floor villa with an apartment of 120 sq. meters on each floor. On the ground floor there is a reception area with fireplace, two bedrooms, a storage room – bedroom, bathroom with WC and kitchen. On the first floor there is a reception area with a beautiful view of the northern coast line of the island, the island of Cephalonia island and the west side of the Peloponnese. From the veranda you can see the sea as if you are on the upper deck of a boat. There also two bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and a kitchen. The whole floor is surrounded by balconies. Central heating is included. Behind the house there is an orchard and a chapel (5*4 square meters) on the right hand side. On the side road there are two large iron doors with Zakynthian décor (called portonia in the Zakynthian dialect).

The upper part of the previous property can also be sold separate. It measures 2000 sqare meters and offers panoramic views of the Ionian sea. It is about 30m above sea level and 50m of direct distance from a sandy beach.Access to the beach by foot is through a separate pathway, 2m wide, belonging exclusively to the property for sale.
There are fruit trees in the property, electricity and a telephone line. There is permission for construction of a house up to 400 square meters or a building for business or touristic purposes up to 2000 square meters.
The distance from the city of Zakynthos and the airport (that receives flights from all over Europe) is 8 km.
