The Vardiola Houses complex is a destination worth visiting to really get to know the island of Zakynthos. It contains three different residences - the traditional house, the traditional villa and the traditional suite - all fully equipped and comfortable for your stay. It is located in the area of Lithakia and is surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape, while just a few kilometers away you will find the famous bay of Laganas with amazing beaches and the nesting area of the caretta - caretta turtle.
The traditional house consists of two floors and within 100 sq. m. can accommodate up to 5 people. On the first floor, there are the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom with shower and in the attic four bedrooms – one with a double bed and three with a single bed each – and an extra bathroom with shower. The traditional villa offers an open plan space of 130 sq. m and sleeps up to 4 guests. It includes a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, as well as two open-plan bedrooms separated by curtains from the rest of the villa. One has been equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The traditional suite is 36 sq. m. and has a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.

It belongs to the protected Zone T3 of the National Marine Park and is spreading within a forest of ancient olives, dating back 3,000 years, as well as cypress trees. In the nearby bay of Naythi, there is the Poseidonia forest. On the bay’s shores, you will find the caretta - caretta turtle and the monachus - monachus seal. Rather than the natural beauty, in the area you can visit the resorts of Laganas and Agios Sostis to find many options for swimming, dining and entertainment.
